Freediving Training Content

Freediving in Divemaster TrainingFreediving starts where snorkeling ends: Take a deep breath and go down to explore the miracles of the underwater world in complete silence. Freediving – or sometimes called “Apnea” – is about relaxing both the mind and the body, moving efficiently in water and doing so in a safe way.

These topics are very interesting for scuba divers. Learn how to use your  fins in the most effective way to escape a current, or how to calm yourself to literally safe your breath are just two of the benefits to gain from freedive training. You can drastically improve your capacity to deal with stressful situations underwater.
